How do I change my address?

If you'd like to change address on your policy, it's best for you to do it yourself online through your My account - otherwise we'll have to charge you an administration fee.

It's simple enough - just:

• Log in to My account
• Scroll down to "My policies" section
• Find insurance policy you wish to change and select "Change policy"
• Select 'Change address'

You can change your address, see how it will affect your premium and make any extra payments. If your policy hasn't started yet, you'll need to set the 'effective date of change' to be the same as your start date.
