Can my new insurer call you to validate my No claim discount?

We won't be able to validate your No claim discount with your new insurer over the phone.

If you cancel your policy from renewal or the policy lapses, you'll be able to find your proof of No claim discount by logging into your My Account:

• Scroll down to "My policies" section
• Find insurance policy you wish to view documents for
• Select 'View documents'
• Click on 'Proof of NCD document'

You can then save it to your PC or print it.
