How can I cancel my policy after it auto-renewed?

If you forget to cancel your policy before it auto-renewed and now want to cancel it, please log into your My Account then:

• Scroll down to "My policies" section
• Find insurance policy you wish to cancel and select "Cancel policy"

Please keep in mind our Cancellation rates will apply.

If you do not wish to continue with the insurance you may cancel the policy and you will receive a full refund if the insurance cover has not yet renewed. However if the insurance cover has renewed, your refund of premium will be subject to a pro-rata deduction for the time we have covered you for and a cancellation charge of £25 (plus Insurance Premium Tax where applicable). If you cancel after 14 days from the renewal date, the cancellation charge will be £50 (plus Insurance Premium Tax where applicable).

If a claim has been made in the period of insurance, and we have not been able to confirm recovery of the full amount of the claim from a responsible third party, you will not receive a refund of premium and all premiums will be due.

For your cancellation rights outside the statutory 14 day cooling-off period, please refer to the General Conditions of your car policy booklet.

During your policy renewal period, we’ll give you telephone support for 28 days before your renewal date. Please check your documentation for the correct number to call and have your policy number ready so we can help you with the following:

• Answer questions about your renewal price
• Explain how changes you’ve made to your cover may affect your premium
• And of course, renew your policy
