Here at General Accident, we offer insurance you can manage yourself online. This means that we don’t offer a call centre service or a telephone number that you can call for customer service queries.

You can save time by managing your policy yourself online anytime via My account without having to contact us, such as:

  • Viewing saved quotes and buying a policy
  • Viewing, downloading and printing policy documents
  • Making changes to your policy
  • Uploading your proof of No claim discount (NCD)
