- Click on My account in the top right hand corner of this screen
- Enter your registered email address as your username - this will be the email address you used when setting up your policy
- Enter your password
I've forgotten my password
To reset your password, just follow the steps below:
- Click on the link, "Trouble signing in?"
- Click on "I don't know my password"
- Enter the account holder's email address and date of birth
If the details provided match an account, we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- Click on the "Reset my password" link
- Set a new password
If you don’t receive the email please contact us.
Please note you will only be able to request to reset your password once within a 15 minute period.

- Click on "I don't know my username"
- Fill in your details and we'll email your username within 10 minutes
My account is locked
To unlock your account, just follow the steps below:
- Click on the link, "Trouble signing in?"
- Click on "My account is locked"
- Enter the account holder's email address and date of birth
If the details provided match an account, we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- Click on the "Reset my password" link
- Set a new password
