No, but we'd prefer that you do so we know the repairs will be done well and in good time. And we’ll guarantee the repairs (excluding parts – see terms and conditions) for as long as you own your car.
It's also cheaper for you - if you decide to use your own garage, we'll charge an extra £250 excess, in addition to any other policy excess. You'll also need to get an estimate first, before we agree costs and repair methods with them.
