We'll arrange to get it fixed at our network of approved UK repairers. When we first talk to you about your claim, we'll arrange the repairs. If your car is not roadworthy our repairers will pick your car up, and then bring it back when it's fixed. While it's in the garage, you can get updates and information directly from them. And we’ll guarantee the repairs (excluding parts – see terms and conditions) for as long as you own your car.
