How do I make a glass claim?

If you have a comprehensive policy and your windscreen, door glass or rear windows are damaged and you need to make a glass claim, you can do so by calling our claims line on 0345 0307 956 and selecting the option to make a windscreen claim.

A glass claim won’t have any effect on your No claim discount (NCD) entitlement.

For more information on your glass excesses, please check your Policy Schedule, which you can download in the 'Documents' section of your My account.

Please note: Windscreen cover is not included for Third party, fire & theft cover.
