How do I upload my paper copy or email proof of No claim discount?

• If your proof is a paper document, simply scan it or take a picture with a digital camera or a mobile phone
• If it's an email, print it and scan it or take a mobile phone screenshot of it

Please make sure that the image is nice and clear - we need to be able to check all the information is correct. We accept most types of image files (.jpg .jpeg .pdf .gif)

Login to My account (or register if you haven't set it up yet):

1. Scroll down to the My policies section
2. Select Upload NCD and upload your images
3. We'll send an email once we've checked your proof - this can take up to 2 working days
