What’ll happen after I’ve sent you my proof of No Claim Discount?

Once you have uploaded your proof of No Claim Discount (NCD), we’ll check it against our acceptance criteria.

Once we have done this, we'll send you a confirmation email within two working days. If the NCD on your proof matches the NCD on your policy, we’ll validate your insurance and send you a confirmation email.

If the NCD on your proof is different from the NCD on your policy, we will:

  • Change the No Claim Discount on your new policy which means your premium will increase
  • Send you an email to explain we will collect the additional premium in 14 days
