What’ll happen if I don't send you proof of my No Claim Discount?

If we aren't able to automatically validate your proof of No Claim Discount (NCD), you'll need to send us a copy of your proof from your previous insurer. That way we make sure we’re only insuring safer drivers like you and keep our costs - and your premiums – low.

If you don't send us proof of your NCD, we'll have to cancel your policy and you will be charged a cancellation fee of £50 (plus Insurance Premium Tax where applicable) cancellation fee plus time on cover. For full details please see our policy wording.
