If you have an outstanding balance to pay on your policy, simply:
- Log into your My account (opens in a new window).
- In "Notifications" section, if you have an outstanding balance, you’ll see the option to 'Pay now'.
- Click this link to begin the payment process.
Can I change how I pay?
- You can change the account or card you use to make a payment.
- You cannot change your Direct Debit date
- You cannot switch from Direct Debit to single payment and vice versa until renewal.
