You can check to see if your policy is on auto-renewal by simply logging into your My Account and then scroll down to the "My policies" section.
If you paid yearly for your policy using a Maestro card, then you wouldn't have had the option to opt into the auto-renewal process. In this case, you'll need to log into your My Account to renew your policy before the expiry date.
If your policy started when you were under 18 years of age and you chose to pay by Direct Debit, we will not be able to automatically renew your Direct Debit and policy. At renewal you will need to go into your My Account and review the new policy and payment terms before making any necessary changes and accepting the renewal price.
