If I decide not to renew my policy, what do I need to do?

If you decide not to renew and your policy is set to automatically renew, you can cancel this by logging into your My Account, scroll down to "My renewals", then click on the Cancel renewal button.

If your policy is not set to automatically renew, then you don’t need to do anything. We’ll cancel your policy automatically at the expiry day unless you renew it before that date. We’ll send you a final reminder before the expiry date to check that you’ve alternative cover in place.

During your policy renewal period, we’ll give you telephone support for 28 days before your renewal date, plus another 7 days after your renewal date. Please check your documentation for the correct number to call and have your policy reference to hand so we can assist you.
