Why can’t you continue to offer me protected No Claim Discount on my renewal?

The protected No Claim Discount cover that you have purchased will protect you for either 1 claim in 1 policy year or 2 claims in 3 years, without affecting your No Claim Discount. If protected No Claim Discount is not available for you to buy this year, then unfortunately you have exceeded these limits already and we are unable to sell you cover that you are no longer eligible for.
