If you’ve made a claim in the last 12 months, this may have affected your No claim discount and may affect your renewal premium.
If you have a claim that’s currently being resolved and liability hasn’t been established at the time the renewal is issued, then we’ll reduce your No claim discount. Once the claim has been settled, we may adjust your renewal premium depending on the outcome. We’ll notify you if this is the case.
Every claim is different and so resolving a claim may take time. However, we promise to process all claims as quickly as we can.
