After the Telematics element of your policy has ended or the policy is cancelled your Telematics device will stop recording data within 24 hours.
Self-installed devices can be removed from your car. You’ll then simply need to dispose of the device, we recommend you use a recycling centre. You do not need to send anything back to us.
Professionally-installed devices do not need to be removed from your car. If you would like your device to be professionally removed, please contact us within 2 months of your policy ending to arrange for an engineer to uninstall your device. Please note that we will charge you £70.00 to remove the device.
