I need to change the address for my Telematics device to be delivered or installed

You can change the address on your policy at any time in MyAccount. Once you've notified us of your change Vodafone will contact you to arrange installation or delivery of your device.

Self-installed devices - If you've not yet received your Telematics device by post you will need to contact Vodafone on 0330 134 0106 (Mon - Fri 09:00 to 17:00) as soon as possible to confirm your new device delivery address. If you miss the device delivery we may charge £70 (plus Insurance Premium Tax the appropriate rate) for another device to be sent.

Professionally-fitted devices - If you have arranged for an engineer to come and fit the device for you, you will need to contact our Vodafone installation team on 0330 134 0108 (Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00 or Sat 09:00 - 13:00) as soon as possible to confirm your new address. You need to provide more than 24 hours notice otherwise we may charge you £47 (plus Insurance Premium Tax at the appropriate rate) for the missed appointment.
