I'm changing the car on my Telematics policy due to an accident - what do I need to do?

We're really sorry to hear that your car has been written off due to an accident. If you wish to keep your policy in force, please note that you have three weeks to change your vehicle on your policy otherwise your policy will be cancelled. As you have a Telematics policy, after you have changed the vehicle on cover, you will have 7 days to self-install a new device in your vehicle or 14 days to professionally install a new device.

Please contact us here to confirm you want to continue with your cover . If you don’t want a device in your new vehicle you will have to cancel your policy with us. Please note that cancellation fees will apply.
