If you change your vehicle, a new GA Telematics device will need to be installed in your new car. You will need to notify us here that you're changing your car so that we can deactivate your device and arrange for another to be installed.
Self-installed devices cannot be transferred between cars. Vodafone will contact you to arrange installation of your new device and to return your old self-installed device (a pre-paid envelope will be provided for it return).
Professionally installed devices will not be removed from your old car but will be deactivated and a new device will need to be installed.
In addition to any insurance premium adjustment, we will charge £70 (plus Insurance Premium Tax at the appropriate rate, where applicable) for the new device and installation in your new car.
