I've received a warning that my Telematics device has been disconnected

Please ensure your Telematics device is plugged in at all times – removal of your device at any time could result in a warning message and your policy being cancelled. If you think your self-installed device isn't working try these simple steps:

  1. Check the connection of the device port is not loose by pushing in your device gently but firmly.
  2. Check that there is a red flashing light (visible on the top of the device).
