If you change your car we require a new GA telematics device to be installed in your new car.
You will need to notify us you are changing your car so that we can deactivate the device and arrange for another device to be installed.
Self fit devices cannot be transferred between cars.
Professionally installed devices will not be removed from your old car, but the device will be deactivated and a new professionally installed device will be installed on your new vehicle.
In addition to any insurance premium adjustment, we will charge you £70 for the new device and installation in your new car. All charges will be subject to Insurance Premium Tax at the appropriate rate. The process for installing a new device will be the same as when you took your policy out.
