My car is going into the Garage for a service, MOT or repair. What should I do in the Telematics App?

If your vehicle is going into the garage and your device is going to be unplugged, please contact Vodafone so that they can set your telematics device to Garage mode so that you won’t receive these alerts. Contact Vodafone Automotive at 0330 134 0106*, Mon-Fri - 09:00 to 17:00.

*The cost of calls to 03 prefixed numbers are charged at national call rates (charges may vary dependent on your network provider) and are usually included in inclusive minute plans from landlines and mobiles. For our joint protection telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
