We consider a score less than 50 to be representative of unsafe driving behaviours. If you have 3 journey scores under 50 in a 30-day period we will cancel your policy.
If your journey score is below 50, we will send you an SMS and email to make you aware of your score so that you can think about how you can improve your driving. You can also refer to the App on safe driving behaviours to improve your score.
