If you want to cancel you can do this by calling the number on the back of your key fob. A full refund will only be available if your car policy has not commenced, or you remove Keycare or cancel within the 14 day statutory cancellation period. If the policy has commenced, any refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
