If the keys attached to the key fob are lost and remain lost for a period of 3 days, a claim can be submitted by contacting the Keycare Emergency Helpline on 0345 075 6182.
If keys are stolen a claim can be made immediately. Keycare works on a pay and claim basis and therefore all original receipts for costs incurred relating to the loss or theft must be retained. Such receipts should be made available at the request of Keycare Limited. Once Keycare validates the claim, a cheque will be sent to you as the fob holder.
With Keycare we replace all the keys with your fob, if they’re lost or stolen or recover them from inside a vehicle or premises, up to the value of £1000. Our Comprehensive and Telematics cover includes replacement locks cover up to £300.
Please note: Keycare is not available when cover is Third party, fire & theft.
