Unfortunately, we can’t apply your No claim discount (NCD) to a General Accident policy if you’re currently using it on an active policy with another insurer. If the policy has since been cancelled, then please contact us and let us know.
Otherwise, you can keep your General Accident policy, but you’ll need to reduce your NCD to 0 and this will increase your premium.
