How can I pay for my renewal?

If your policy is set to automatically renew, then we’ll renew your policy at your policy expiry date using the payment details we currently hold for your policy. However, if you don’t want to use the same payment details, you can change them by following the instructions in How can I change my payment details?

At renewal you can also change from paying yearly to paying monthly and vice versa.

If you switch from paying yearly to paying monthly, we’ll ask you to pay an advance payment followed by 11 instalments. You must make regular monthly payments as per the terms and conditions of your policy.

If you pay yearly, you can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or Amazon Pay. We accept Visa Electron, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit or Debit.

Please note that once you’ve selected your payment frequency, you won’t be able to change it until the policy is next due for renewal.
