- You can use our renewal invitation as your proof of No claim discount (NCD) if you're planning to move to another insurer.
- You'll be able to download a copy of your NCD via My account (opens in a new window) once you’ve cancelled your policy or your renewal has lapsed.
- We'll also send a copy to your registered email address.
- We can’t send your NCD proof out if your policy is still currently active. You’ll need to cancel your existing policy or your renewal to get a copy of your proof of NCD.
